Step 01: Set up Workspace [Interactive Video]

This hands-on demonstration allows you to explore the key concepts and functionalities of our software in a dynamic, engaging way. For those who prefer a text-based overview or want to quickly reference key points, like me, there’s a written version below.

Create workspace:

• Step 1: You’ll see the Create workspace screen after creating an account. Start by providing necessary information on each field.

• Step 2: For the Brand description, you can use our AI or write it yourself. If using AI, you’ll have to upload any introductory documents you have on the brand first. Then, let the AI do the grunt work. Note: This action will cost some AI credits.

• Step 3: Once everything is filled out, click Next to finish the setup and voilà! Your very own TeamPal workspace. Don’t worry if you need to edit any information, you can do that right from the dashboard by clicking Edit brand.

Manage workspace: Manage your workspace with the sidebar menu. You will have 10 default agents with their own folders, automatically created by our algorithm based on what we think your brand will need. All will be listed in the sidebar menu, readily accessible.

Create folder: See that + button to the right of your workspace’s name? Click on that to create a new folder.

Upload Knowledge: Navigate to the Knowledge section of the sidebar menu. Upload any document related to your brand. If you’ve done that when creating your workspace, skip this step.

Add Brand voice: Establish a brand voice to guide the tone and style of your agents. 

• Step 1: Navigate to the Brand voice section of the sidebar menu.

• Step 2: Fill out necessary information

• Step 3: You can also use AI to describe your brand voice for you. Just have to give us a piece of writing that clearly reflect what you want in your brand voice. Note: This action will also cost some AI credits.
