Create workspace:
- Step 1: Name Your Workspace. First things first! Give your new digital headquarters a unique name. This is how your team will recognize their new home base.
- Step 2: Personalize with Your Brand. This is where the magic begins! It's time to set up your brand for a truly personalized TeamPal experience. This ensures every AI agent you work with sounds and acts just like a part of your team.
- Step 3: Let Our AI Do the Heavy Lifting. No need to manually type out brand guidelines! Our smart AI assistant can create a custom brand description for your business. Simply provide a URL or upload a PDF of your existing brand materials. The AI will analyze it and pull out the key info.
- Step 4: Review & You're Ready! Give the AI-generated results a quick double-check. Once you're happy, this information is automatically fed to your entire AI agent team.
And just like that, you're done! ? Congrats on finishing this super important first step. The best part? Every AI agent now automatically understands your business and delivers on-brand results from day one. No more repetitive briefings needed!
Manage workspace:
Manage your workspace with the sidebar menu. You will have 10 default agents with their own folders, automatically created by our algorithm based on what we think your brand will need. All will be listed in the sidebar menu, readily accessible.
Create folder: See that + button to the right of your workspace’s name? Click on that to create a new folder.
Upload Knowledge: Navigate to the Knowledge section of the sidebar menu. Upload any document related to your brand. If you’ve done that when creating your workspace, skip this step.
Add Brand voice: Establish a brand voice to guide the tone and style of your agents.
Step 1: Navigate to the Brand voice section of the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Fill out necessary information
Step 3: You can also use AI to describe your brand voice for you. Just have to give us a piece of writing that clearly reflect what you want in your brand voice. Note: This action will also cost some AI credits.
