Workflow Credit Explanation

1. Principles

First, we will explore some simple principles of how credit is calculated:

  • Credit estimation is for reference only: For the complexity of some workflows (may include IF-ELSE Nodes and Loops), the estimation will not be the same as the actual charge. Still, the estimation will provide some reference point to consider before running your workflows.
  • Credit estimation is pretty accurate (for simple workflows): For some simple workflows (that contain few IF-ELSE nodes), the estimation is a good reference to consider before your workflows.
  • Credits are charged based on the node that actually ran: Also, because of the complexity of some workflows, we will charge users based on the node that actually ran in the run history. That means if a node is in your workflow, but it is not triggered in the logic flow, you will not be charged.

2. Node credit charge

Every node has a price when you add it to your workflow. Here are some notes to remember

  • LLM nodes are model-based priced

  • Some tools are not free (as the service is supplied by a third-party provider).

  • An agent is charged based on both models and tools.

3. Disclaim

  • Any workflow run will be directly charged. Any misuse of the workflow that leads to an error will also be charged and the credits will not be returned.
  • Although we have attempted to build the workflow to be robust, we have noticed that it occasionally contains minor errors. In this case, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@teampal.ai so that we can return your credits. We appreciate your workflow uses and that give us feedback to improve the functionality of the feature.
