In our 1.19 version release, your TeamPal agents now have the ability to actively remember key details from your previous interactions. This means they can store and retrieve relevant user-specific information to enhance future conversations.

For example, if you've shared your business goals, preferred workflows, or other recurring context, your agents can save that information and reference it later. That way, they can provide more personalized, coherent responses that truly understand your needs and priorities.

What information will be actively stored?

The agent determines what information to store based on the conversational context and how it might be useful down the line. They won't just remember everything - only the details that are likely to improve the quality and relevance of future interactions.

They could be your:

  • personal preferences,

  • goals,

  • recurring context,

  • or factual information

Tips

  • To enhance the accuracy of information retrieval within your TeamPal agency, consider incorporating a phrase such as “Based on your memory,…” into the prompt.

  • Additionally, you may assign the agent to actively retain specific pieces of information by stating: “Please remember … in your memory.”

So the next time you task your agent, they can pull from their memory bank to deliver smarter, more tailored assistance. No more starting from scratch or repeating yourself - your agents will be right there with you, ready to pick up where you left off.

It's like having a trusty assistant who always has your back, remembering the important stuff so you don't have to. Get ready for a whole new level of personalized, efficient AI-powered productivity!
