How to Use?
Upload your documents, which could include FAQs, product details, or proprietary data, and equip them to your agents in the Super power section in the chat or in the Agent configuration. Or vice versa, whichever order you like!
There are 3 options available to ensure convenience for your knowledge uploads:
- Upload file: choose a file from your device to add to the knowledge base
- Import from URL: paste the link and let us do the rest
- Input text: type/paste internal data right away without having the leave the page
This customization ensures that agents are well-equipped to handle queries and tasks relevant to your specific products and services. By equipping agents with this targeted knowledge, they are enabled to perform tasks more effectively.
