5. Is my data secured with TeamPal? 

We ensure that your data is securely protected on our platform. However, as we utilize large language models (LLMs) from third-party providers such as OpenAI and Gemini, the security of data also depends on these external providers. See details in our Terms of Use.

6. Is Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) available?

Currently, Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) is not available at TeamPal. However, we offer the option to purchase one-time credits, allowing you the flexibility to spend as needed.

Workspace

1. Can I create more than one workspace?

Currently, one TeamPal account can only create one workspace. However, you can join workspaces other accounts have created if you’re working in a team!

We have received requests for extra workspace creation and have put it on our idea board for future updates. We can’t say for sure which ideas will be implemented first, but in the meantime, you can always contribute by submitting and upvoting ideas for app improvements. Link here.

AI Agents

1. Why does my agent provide conflicting responses? It says it can’t find the information, but only after a few seconds, it does?

If you’ve encountered this issue, your agent might be using one of Claude’s models. This problem stems from the LLM itself – nothing TeamPal can interfere with. If this small bug bothers you, the best solution is to change to another LLM, such as GPT or Gemini models.
